How Can I Be Sure that The Information Provided in The Disclosure Document Is Truthful and Accurate?
That's a great question, and the answer is, you can't. The best you can do is be diligent in your research. Some states, or rather 13 states that are registration states, that take at least a superficial look at the documents, but, basically, nobody is looking at them. It's up to you to do that and decide what is accurate. You need particular help, accountants to review things, and you can't do enough research yourself.
