I think it's important that you have no unanswered questions, that you're ready to commit 100% because it's going to be a lot of hard work, a lot of sweat, a lot of money, and you're going to take on a lot of risk. And for those reasons, your family needs to be committed as well. It normally is a business that consumes family life too, so it's very important that everybody's on board. I also urge people looking at buying to know what they want in the end. what are their goals? Are they just going to live on cash flow during the operation? Do they think they're going to have a big pot of gold at the end when they sell or just what plans do they have long term?
