Stay Tuned DACA Dreamers

Wednesday a third federal Judge rejected President Trump's reasoning for ending DACA and ordered that the White House must challenge his ruling within 90 days or DACA will be reinstated in its entirety. Should this come to pass, those that were eligible for DACA, but never took advantage of it, would have the opportunity to apply.

While it is not likely the White House will not respond, it's always a good idea for people to keep records to prove they have resided here because, when reform does happen for Dreamers, that proof will be necessary.

It is smart to keep receipts/billing records, school records, medical information, and other documents which show presence in the U.S.
